The Chocolate manufacturing company has been operatng ETP since 1989, but recovery of energy from waste could not be established until 2003. The company awarded consultancy contract to Shreyans Energy in 2003 to retrofit and upgrade one of their Anaerobic contact filter to recover and recycle Biogas into factory canteen for LPG replacement. Since then Biogas is recovered and utilized in canteen for cooking of meal. The recycling of Biogas saved 50% of LPG bill.
The company repeated their order to retrofit another Anaerobic contact filter and retained Shreyans Energy for carrying out AMC of ETP since last five years.
The treated effluent quality conforms with the norms and recycled for lawn, horticulture, floor wash and flush wash application with zero discharge.
The cost of ETP operation paid to us is eventually zero to the client on account of saving in
