It was a serious issue for Gelatin manufacturer who was to produce Gelatin from animal hide that generates 430 M3/day of process waste. Company awarded contract to Shreyans Energy for Design, Engineering, technical know how, supervision for establishment of Effluent Treatment Plant.
The task was accomplished beyond the expectations of client in achieving final treated effluent quality and recovery of energy in terms of Biogas, client subsequently undergone expansion plan and repeated order to provide services for establishment of another ETP to treat 1070 M3/day of influent.
The contract was awarded to the Shreyans Energy on least capital cost, least operating cost and maximum energy recovery in comparison to other consultants who were participating in the bid.
